Whiskeys
All of our whiskeys are distilled, aged, and bottled in the historic Jennings House in Haddonfield, NJ.

Bourbon
Our Bourbon is made from heirloom grains. The mash bill is 80% Wapsie Valley Corn and 20% Malted Barley. These heirloom grains create big flavors of maple syrup and corncake along with hints of fruit. Double copper pot distilled, aged at 100 proof, and bottled at barrel strength.

Rye
Rye Whiskey - Our Rye Whiskey doesn't follow the usual flavor profile. The mash bill is 80% Hazlet Rye and 20% Malted Barley. The Hazlet rye brings along a sweet vanilla flavor that rounds out some almond nuttiness and dill flavor. Double copper pot distilled, aged at 100 proof, and bottled at barrel strength.

Single Malt
Single Malt Whiskey - Our Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% Matapeake Malted Barley. The barley is grown and malted an hour away at Rabbit HIll Malthouse. We love this barley with flavors of sweet cream, chocolate, tres leches, and peanuts. Double copper pot distilled, aged at 100 proof, and bottled at barrel strength.
